Monday: 

Men’s and Women’s Jogging @ 5pm, Sports Centre Reception.
Short/Long Sprints and Middle Distance @ 6pm, Westwood Track.
XC @ 5pm, Sports Centre Reception.

Tuesday:

Circuits @ 5.30pm, Main Hall, Sports Centre.
Steady Run @ 6.30pm, Sports Centre Reception.

Wednesday: 

Short/Long Sprints, Middle Distance, XC, Field and Mixed Jogging @ 1pm, Westwood Track.

Thursday:

Circuits @ 5pm, Activity Room, Sports Centre.
Steady Run @ 6pm, Sports Centre Reception.

Friday:

Men’s and Women’s Jogging @ 3pm, Cryfield Pavilion.
Short/Long Sprints and Middle Distance @ 5pm, Westwood Track.
Tempo Run @ 5pm, Sports Centre Reception.

Saturday:

Parkrun @ 9am, Coventry/Leamington Spa.

Sunday:

Long Run @ 12pm, Sports Centre Reception/All Saints Church, Leamington Spa.
